The ticket is the small, mundane thing that stands between a person and an experience. It shouldn't be the hard part. Our job is to make the ticket invisible — to make sure the price is fair, the checkout is fast, the email arrives, the scan works at the gate, and the event is the part you remember.
We're committed to celebrating live entertainment in all its forms. That's not just a tagline; it's the lens we use when we decide what to build. A community theatre season pass should be as well-served as a stadium tour. A first-time organizer should get the same tools as a 10-year veteran.

It started with one festival that couldn't find a ticketing partner.
In 2014, a small Ontario music festival was about to go on sale. Every ticketing platform they spoke to either didn't understand multi-day passes, didn't support Canadian banking, or wanted a cut that would have eaten the event's margin entirely. So they built their own box-office software in three weeks. It worked.
Three years later, other Canadian organizers were asking if they could use it. By 2019 we'd added Ree•bates — our cashback program that gives a slice of fees back to both organizers and ticket holders. By 2021 we had a mobile scanner that held up to a wet Ontario long weekend. In 2024 we shipped a full point-of-sale Box Office for venues.
Today there's a team of 42 of us across Toronto, Halifax, Vancouver, and Montreal. We've delivered 1.8 million tickets to 10,000+ events. Every one of them mattered to someone.
