Is there really no monthly cost or contract?+
Really. No subscription, no minimum volume, no contract. We only earn when you sell a ticket — so our job is to help you sell more of them.
What about free events?+
Free tickets are free to issue, scan, and manage. We think free community events are a feature of live entertainment, not a revenue opportunity.
When do I get paid?+
You can request funds ahead of showtime to cover your event costs, and the remaining balance arrives the next business day after your event wraps.
Are there hidden processing fees?+
No. Credit-card processing (2.9% + $0.30) is included inside our single service fee. The number you see in the calculator above is the whole story.
How do Ree•bates fit in?+
