Gothic architecture revolutionized the medieval skyline with towering, light-filled cathedrals that seemingly defied gravity. Similarly, G. F. Handel composed music of breathtaking harmony that soared in these majestic spaces.
Join Guild Chocolates and Lambton Brass as they present an evening of gothic architecture enhanced by the rich sounds of Handel’s masterpieces. Chef Jaclyn will also discuss medieval confectionery and the inspiration behind the treats that she created for this event.
Following the presentation and music, there will be a reception in the Theater Lobby where you will receive all of the tasting items in a pastry box. Some of the treats will be created from medieval recipes, while others will be confections inspired by Gothic architecture.
