How can we help?

Guides and answers for ticket buyers and event partners.

Logging in and finding your way around

How to sign in to the Partner Portal and get oriented on your dashboard — the top bar, the sidebar menu, and what the home screen shows you.

New to Revelree? This guide walks you through signing in for the first time and gives you a quick tour of the dashboard so you know where everything lives. No experience needed — we'll keep it simple.

Logging in

Everyone on your box office team signs in at the same place: the partner login page, at /partners/login on the Revelree site.

  1. Go to the partner login page. You'll see the heading "Log in to manage your events."
  2. In the Email field, enter your work email — the one your invitation was sent to.
  3. In the Password field, enter your password. If you were invited by your administrator and haven't set a password yet, you can still sign in from your invitation — the dashboard will then prompt you to set one with a "Set Password Now" banner.
  4. Click Log in to Partner Portal.

That's it — you'll land on your dashboard.

Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot password?" link next to the Password field and we'll email you a reset link.

Can't get in?

If your login isn't working or your invitation link has expired, ask your administrator to send a new invitation — they can do this in a few clicks.

Your dashboard at a glance

After you sign in, you'll see the dashboard home screen. It greets you with "Welcome back" and your organization's name, and everything you need is one or two clicks away.

The top bar

Across the top of every page you'll find:

  • A search box — type to find events, orders, or tickets from anywhere.
  • The notifications bell — announcements and updates from Revelree appear here.
  • Your account menu (the circle with your organization's initials, far right) — this is where you'll find Account Settings, Branding, and Sign Out when you're done for the day.

The sidebar — your main navigation

The menu on the left is how you move around. At the top sits a New Transaction button — the quickest way to start a sale at the box office window. Below it, the menu is grouped into sections:

  • Main — Home brings you back to this screen.
  • Box Office — day-to-day tools: your Events, Show Overview, Patrons, Will Call, Ticket Delivery, and more.
  • Sales — Season Passes, Group Sales, Gift Cards, Donations, Transactions, and Refunds.
  • Insights — Reporting and your Partner Summary.
  • System and Account — settings your administrator will mostly look after, like terminal readers, fees, staff, and invoices.

Don't worry about learning every item now — each of these areas gets its own help article with the full details.

What the home screen shows you

The home screen is a snapshot of how things are going:

  • Stat cards along the top tell you at a glance: your Next Performance, recent Revenue, how many Active Events you have, Tickets Sold, and your Stripe Balance.
  • The Upcoming Events panel lists what's coming up, with sales progress for each event.
  • The Recent Sales panel shows the latest orders as they come in — who bought, for which event, and for how much.

When you're ready to dig into any of these, the sidebar takes you to the full page for it.
